Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Red Top Trading website.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Red Top Trading website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
These website terms are separate from any quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract or other written agreement relating to products. If there is a conflict, the signed or formally accepted commercial agreement will control for that transaction.
The website provides general information about Red Top Trading and products including edible Himalayan pink salt, salt crockery, salt tiles, salt lamps, animal lick salt, bath salt and salt candle holders. Website content is provided for general information and enquiry purposes and does not by itself create a binding offer or contract.
Product availability, specifications, colour, dimensions, weight, grain size, packaging, minimum order quantity, lead time, pricing and shipping options may change and must be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not oblige you to purchase and does not oblige us to supply. A transaction becomes binding only when the parties agree the commercial terms through an accepted quotation, proforma invoice, purchase order, sales contract or another written confirmation.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate product, packaging, labelling, delivery and compliance requirements. Changes requested after approval may affect price, lead time and feasibility.
Himalayan salt is a natural material. Colour, mineral lines, texture, shape, weight and finish may vary between pieces and production batches. Images are illustrative and colours may appear differently depending on lighting and screen settings.
Samples, approved specifications and written tolerances should be used for commercial approval. Product claims, intended uses and suitability for a particular market or application must be reviewed by the buyer before sale or use.
The buyer is responsible for checking import rules, food or product standards, label language, ingredient and nutrition declarations, barcodes, warnings, licences, taxes, duties and other destination-market requirements. The buyer should obtain advice from its own regulatory adviser, customs broker or other qualified professional.
Unless specifically agreed in writing, Red Top Trading does not guarantee that a product, label or package complies with every law or standard in the buyer’s destination country.
Payment method, currency, deposit, balance, banking charges, delivery term, shipment method, insurance and responsibility for freight, duties and customs clearance will be stated in the applicable commercial documents.
Estimated production or delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Delays may occur because of material availability, approvals, transport, customs, port conditions, government action, force majeure or events outside reasonable control.
Inspection, acceptance, shortage, damage, quality claims, returns, replacements or refunds will be handled under the agreed sales documents. Buyers should inspect goods promptly and provide written notice with supporting evidence within the agreed claim period.
